Ginger Stems in Syrup

Categories: [ Cooking ]

I just bought ginger stems in syrup. These are great! You can eat them just like candies, they have the texture of of a fruit jelly, the taste of ginger, but without the awfully hot taste of fresh ginger (just try chewing a piece of raw ginger if you don't know what I mean). It's still a bit hot, but it's reasonnable.

A recipe in French. Another one in English.
